The profession of magnetizer is recognized by administrative authorities but is not regulated. Currently, there is no state-recognized diploma for magnetizers. This does not prevent a magnetizer from completing a diploma course at a reputable school to validate their practice.
- The magnetizer is not a medical doctor and, as such, is not authorized to make a medical diagnosis.
- Therefore, terms such as “patient – medical treatment – cure” cannot be used. They are strictly reserved for conventional medicine.
- The magnetizer must never oppose or ask a client to interrupt a medical treatment.
- The magnetizer must encourage the client to consult a doctor if they have not already done so.
- Magnetism is not a medical act, but an effective complement to conventional medicine.
- The magnetizer’s role is to soothe, relieve, or alleviate the client’s pain and discomfort.
- The magnetizer commits to receiving the client without judgment. Their communication must be humble, honest, and in good faith.
- The magnetizer does not interfere with the client’s life choices.
- The magnetizer does not see minors without the presence of a parent or guardian.
- Whether in-person or remotely, the magnetizer never performs a session without the person’s prior consent.
- The magnetizer must strictly respect the client’s free will.
- Magnetism sessions are always performed fully clothed.
- The magnetizer is bound by professional secrecy and never discloses the results of their sessions without the client’s consent.
- Following a magnetism session, it takes approximately three weeks for the client’s body to fully integrate and absorb the transmitted energy.
- Therefore, the time between two sessions must be at least three weeks.
- The client should not consult a magnetizer if they have undergone another energy therapy within the last three weeks (such as acupuncture, reiki, reflexology, energy massage, etc.) in order to avoid energetic interference.
- Similarly, the client must not consult two magnetizers at the same time to avoid conflicting energy interactions within the body.
